01Is AuraMed built for Lebanese pharmacies?
Yes. AuraMed System is built in Lebanon with a medicine catalogue based on the Lebanese MOPH registry, including recorded LBP prices, importing agents, margins and subsidy information.
02Does it replace my clinical judgement?
No. AuraMed is a clinical decision-support tool for qualified pharmacists. It does not dispense or replace professional judgement. The dispensing pharmacist retains full clinical responsibility.
03Which clinical checks are available today?
The clinical rule library is built. Patient medication lists, pregnancy and lactation inputs, and lab-linked workflows are still in development. Your demonstration will cover the current functionality and clearly explain the remaining scope.
04What about internet access and power cuts?
Offline operation, power-backup requirements and recovery behaviour must be confirmed for the proposed setup before adoption. We will cover these essentials with you before agreeing a rollout.
05How do pricing and onboarding work?
Contact our team to discuss your pharmacy. Pricing, any pilot duration, setup responsibilities, training and support scope will be agreed with you before you commit.
